STANDARD 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy for all our customers worldwide, The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost and may use any trackable courier service. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, click here or you can contact us at contact@amrikaleather.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@amrikaleather.com
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge any restocking fees unless the "Try Before You Buy" service is used and all items are returned. In that case, a $40 restocking fee will apply.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international returns (outside the USA), U.S. customs may apply duties or additional charges when the item is returned. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund issued.
